However, errors may occur. Dragonfly Reads reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders if required.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. (We do not deliver internationally)
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
Incorrect pricing
Stock unavailability
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Dragonfly Reads does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 24 hours for review.

5. Events & Workshops
Event and workshop registrations are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Dragonfly Reads.
Event schedules may change due to operational or safety reasons.

All content on this website including logo, photos, text, and designs belongs to Dragonfly Reads and cannot be used without permission.

7. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website for:
Fraud
Spamming
Data scraping
Any illegal activity

Delays due to logistics partners
Website downtime due to technical issues
